If orders are placed before 11am, in most cases, you will receive your order the next working day via tracked courier DPD or DHL.
We offer a 5 days returns policy. As long as the items are returned to us in ”As New Condition” and are re-sellable, you will receive a full refund.
Once order is received, we send an email notification saying what day the delivery will be (most cases next working day) If you have provided us with a mobile number, the courier will text you on the morning of delivery giving you a one-hour delivery times slot.
You will receive text messages from the carrier.
Unlike many companies in this industry, we don’t knock off early on a Friday to go fishing all weekend.
We are open and on the phones from 8am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday and 8am – 12pm Saturday. Closed Sundays and bank holidays. Emails are answered in most cases, 14 hours per day, every day.

If your address doesn’t match up with our courier’s system, we will call you to check your address.
We ship all over the world. Please note, payment is only via transfer from buyers overseas and we must get a delivery quote first.
Some bivvies are all in one box, others two boxes. You will, however, receive all boxes at the same time.
